All of doTerra's oils are CPTG...which means they are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade oils, safe for use with you and your family. CPTG is a standard that goes well beyond the FDA's recommendations. I'm working on an online class to teach more about these oils and their uses....I'm not terribly tech savvy lol so bear with me on this.....I DO however have the prizes for the class picked out!
* 4 cups strawberries
* 4 cups cold water
* juice of one lemon
* 4-8 drops lemon essential oil
* agave or raw sugar
Puree strawberries in a blender. Pour the water into a quart size pitcher. Add the pureed strawberries, the juice of one lemon, and the lemon essential oil. Add agave or sugar to taste. Mix well and serve chilled.
I'm going into my kitchen right now!!!! Enjoy!
If you missed my previous post with the video watch it now...it'll make you want lemon even more!
Very easy little project... I printed the little characters from a free download on cardstock. I had run out of printer ink so i touched them up with a bit of acrylic paint. Applied double sided tape to the backs, stuck them on red cardstock with a red and white straw between and cut them out. I painted two spools with deco art chalky paint and twisted striped cord around them with a bit of tinselly trim around the top. The hearts on the girls banner were just cut from valentine cardstock, painted with deco art liquid glass and sprinkled with glass glitter and glamour dust and outlined with silver deco art twinkles. Cute, fun and simple.
The download I used was from Wings of Whimsey free downloads.
